Pickled Amla

#new
This is one way to preserve gooseberries and can be enjoyed with a spicy and sweet taste. Stays good for a month. Down south it's called neer nelikai. It is basically soaked in brine solution with chillies. Amla are rich in vitamin C and offer a wide range of health benefits. I love the sweet taste which lingers in your mouth after having amla and drinking water.
