In a bowl mix potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, salt, green chillies, red chilli powder nicely and keep aside..

Take another bowl add besan/gram flour little salt, black pepper powder mix them.. Add water to prepare a flowing consistency batter..

Now take the bread slices cut in four parts.. Put the potatoes filling on one of the cut slice cover it with the other one.. prepare all slices in the same manner..

Now dip this slice in the batter and cook it on tawa from both sides with the help of oil till crispy..

Our quick easy and yummy stuffed crispy pakoda is ready to serve..Enjoy it with tamato ketchup..
