Something for summer which not only kids but adults also likes it

Steps

Take a kadai or non-stick pan add milk and boil.

Boil milk until it thickens.Add heavy cream

Take 4 tsp warm milk,add saffron and mix well.Add this to boiling milk.

Add sugar,6 chopped pistachios and 6 grinded pistachios which gives thick consistency. Boil few more minutes.

Pour this to mould or paper glass.

Keep this for cooling. Add this to kulfi mould or to paper glass.Keep this in freezer. After it sets take off.Peel off paper glass.Keep mould in warm water.Serve with chopped pistachios
