  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupsooji
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspchillli flakes
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 2 tspginger-garlic paste
  8. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the paste of poha with hand by mashing it

    Then add suji and other spicy masala then grease the plate and put the batter in it and keep in the freezer for five minutes to set

    Then make Ball or shaped you liked them fry in oil in a low to medium flame till it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour then you can serve with souce or coffee or a cup of tea
