  1. 50 gramJaggery
  2. Handfulfresh mint leaves
  3. 1 tablespoonfennel eeds
  4. 1lemon
  5. 1/2 tablespoonblack salt

    In a mixer grinder add funeral seeds and mint leave. Add little water and grind it to make a fine paste.

    In a bowl mash jaggery and add cold water to it. And mix it well.

    Now mint paste to it and add remaining water and mix well. Then staron it with the help of strainer.

    Now add lemon juice and black salt to it. And whisk it nicly. You can also blend it in a blender for 1 minute.

    Jaggery and mint sharbat is ready. While serving add some ice cubes and few mint leaves.
