Take 2 and 1/ 2 cup sooji In a bowl and mix 1 cup of dahi to it. Whisk them well

Take some 2 carrot, 1/2 cabbage,2 onion and capsicum and chop them finely.

Saute the vegetables in kadhai for few minutes at medium flame.

Put the veggies in the sooji batter. Now add 6 glass of water. Mix it well. The consistancy should be little bit thin.

Cover the mixture for 10 minutes.

Take an appam pan and grease it with some oil. Preheat it on a low flame for 5mins

Take the batter and using a spoon pour the batter in all. Cover it and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.

After 5 mins flip the appam and let it cook on it's other side.
