Salmon with Garlic Blanket

Crispy skinned pan fried salmon marinated with coriander, black pepper, Italian herbs, Himalayan salt. Garnished with a blanket of golden friend garlic slices and fresh tomatoes!

Crispy skinned pan fried salmon marinated with coriander, black pepper, Italian herbs, Himalayan salt. Garnished with a blanket of golden friend garlic slices and fresh tomatoes!

Marinade the salmon throughly with all the ingredients and add olive oil. Set to marinade for 30 minutes.

While waiting to marinate, add olive oil to pan to fry thinly sliced garlic. Toss regularly to avoid burn. As soon as it turns light brown take out from pan and with its own remaining heat will turn crispy golden brown! Set aside

Add olive oil to pan. Next fry the marinated salmon flesh base down for 1 minute on high fire. Then turn on both it’s flesh sides making it stand for each 1 minute. Then lastly turn on the skin side last to fry the skin 1 minute. Ensure when frying the fish side on the pan gets piled well by the olive oil.

Take out and put on plate to serve. Add a dash of olive oil on fish and plate. Now blanket the skin with fried golden garlic. Add fresh tomatoes, rockets or salads!
