A very fresh, fruit salad. Perfect for summer with simple ingredients.

Wash your fruit and hopefully they're fresh and cold from the fridge

Extract the seeds from the pomegranate. Don't slice through the fruit in half. Instead, cut about a centimetre from the top and bottom, run the knife lightly down a few sections. Pull the pomegranate apart by sections.

Dice the mango.

Chop the mint leaves.
- 5
Add the canned mandarin oranges, removing the water. Squeeze a lemon over all the fruit.

Mix together and serve!
