Vanilla Chocolate Lassi

To start with spread 1 tsp chocolate syrup on the rim of the serving glass so that the inner part of it gets well coated.

Keep it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Then add all the ingredients such as curd, sugar, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup (2 tsp) and ice cubes in a mixer jar. Blend till smooth and slightly frothy.

Take out the glass from the freezer. Pour the lassi into it.

Add chocolate chips and chocolate vermicellies on top and serve chilled.
