Bread pops

These chocolate pops I made on the occasion of celebrating world's chocolate day with 2 main Ingredients chocolate, bread.
Make this at home and give a sweet treat to your kids.
I was not having colourful balls to sprinkle on it so I replaced it with dessinated coconut dust and crushed almond cashews.

Steps

Take bread and grind them to make fine crumbs.

Now add butter and bind it together.

Take 2 tbsp Hershey's syrup or chocolate spread, make a tight dought out of this like we make for laddus.

Add 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar, you can taste the sugar and adjust it if you want to.

Take a small portion role it in your hands and make balls out of it.

Now get some dark/regular chocolate I took daily milk bars and melt it using a double boiler method or you can put it into a microwave for 30 sec to melt.

Take some lolipop stick, dip chocolate and pierce it into balls, keep this in refrigerator for about 10-15 min, that would help this to set batter and then we will coat this with chocolate.

Now take each pops into a chocolate syrup and coat it well remove the extra chocolate.

Sprinkle some dry fruits/ multi colour balls on it, keep this in refrigerator again.

And your bread pops are ready.
