Indians make many types of kadhi. This is authentic tangy and healthy kadhi with least ingredients and easy to prepare within few minutes. Goes very well with khichdi or jira rice.
Steps

Take a big bowl add sour curd preferably blend it well then add gramflour and mix well to form a mixture without lumps. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix again.

Now keep all the spices / things handy for tampering

Heat oil in a big deep vessel add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,cinnamon stick, red chilli, cloves, black pepper, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste one by one on low flame. Stir and immediately add the curd and gramflour mix prepared earlier.

Keep stirring continuosly on low flame for 2-3 minutes then increase the flamr and bring to a boil and then again let it simmer on low flame for few minutes. Check seasoning. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
