15 minute cheesy potato wedges

This is an air fryer recipe. I love my air fryer more than any other appliance in the kitchen. Except for my coffee maker. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to have these screaming hot, golden brown and delicious.

Seen this on Pinterest https://pin.it/4w3c6dfaru7tofAnd wanted to try it. I will be making these more often and probably stop buying frozen fries. I severed it with ranch and buffalo wings sauce. I do think the dipping sauce took away from the potatoes logs, but I really like ranch with my fries and sometime with ranch and buffalo sauce together . My kids had no complaints. This would be a good side with anything, it took me 5 mins to prep, if that ,no time at all.. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

These are great for when I want to eat some wedges but don't feel like going out to buy any or deep-frying anything.I just made these easily when I felt like having some. You can make these in the toaster oven rather than a conventional oven.If you use an actual oven, they come out nicely if baked for 5 minutes at 200℃. Recipe by aramassan cookpad.japan -

Basic Fried Potatoes Basic Fried Potatoes
When I was young, I pored over ancient cookbooks. I couldn’t afford to take the family to dinner or fill a freezer with convenience foods because I was so broke. So I took what I learned from my mom and read every cookbook I could get my hands on, and started educating myself. If I couldn’t buy it, I would make it with inexpensive, bare bones ingredients. But first I had to learn HOW to make it. As we all know, we’re still in school 😂 my basics are, as an example, potatoes, eggs, cooked sauces, a chunk of meat, cakes, cookies, veg, etc. I’ve made a LOT of bad food in my life but I’ve also made really good stuff too. My first roast I ever made took 20 minutes, it was grey, and it bounced🤣🤣 With these basic recipes I’m posting, I’m hoping someone can get some good basic knowledge to feed themselves and their families good homemade food and not be a slave to the high prices. A sack of potatoes is cheaper than a bag of frozen fries and tastes waaaaay better and you get so much more bang for your buck with more than one serving and options.
