Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonAll purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla essence

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Mix eggs and flour well

  2. 2

    In a sufuria add 2cups of milk.

  3. 3

    Add the egg mixture and sugar stir continusly for 3min

  4. 4

    Let it cool complitly.

  5. 5

    Add vanilla essence after it has cooled down

  6. 6

    Keep in a bowl thrn cover with a lid and freeze it

  7. 7

    Serve when cold
