Wash the chicken properly and marinate it with all the spices(except garam masala), mint leaves, sugar, salt and yoghurt. Keep aside for 1hour and 30 minutes.

Heat the pan and pour some oil and butter into it. Let it heat up then pour the marinated chicken in it. Cover and let it cook, check in between so that it dosen't become dry and stir in between so that it dosen't stick to the pan.

Cover and cook for 30 mins. Before removing it from the heat pour garam masala and mix it well then garnish it with mint leaves and some lemon. Serve hot with rice or roti
