Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 3 tblsmelted salted butter
  3. 3 tblsmilk powder
  4. 3 tblscastor sugar
  5. 1 1/2 tspyeast
  6. 1/3 cupwarm milk
  7. 1egg (at room temperature)
  8. Oil for fry
  9. 150grm Chocolate
  10. 100grm cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all ingredients expect oil and knead well to make a smooth dough. Set aside for rising. (Covered well and keep in warm place)

    Chop the Chocolate. Take a Saucepan and heat up the cream keep stirring. Add chopped Chocolate in it and mix well. Set aside allow to cool. After it's came at room temperature then place in fridge for completely cool and thicken.

    In 20 Minutes my Doughnuts dough is ready. Knead it for 1 minutes then roll it and cut desired size Doughnuts. these are medium sized Doughnuts. Make 12 to 13 in 2 cups flour.

    Let the Doughnuts rise again. Cover with any kitchen towel or cloth for 10 Minutes at warm place.

    Add oil in wok for deep frying. Flame is at low to medium. Fry all Doughnuts till golden brown from both sides.

    When the Doughnuts are came at room temperature then make a hole in side of Doughnuts and fill with chocolate Ganache.

    Yummyy chocolate filled doughnuts are ready to serve. Enjoy!
