Passion fruit chiffon cake (Aristto)
I’m actually convert this flavour from Earl grey tea.
Steps

Separate the egg and egg yolk
- 2
Mixed egg yolk with 28g sugar and slowly put vegetable oil
- 3
Mix egg yolk with (1 capsule with 90ml hot water) + 1 capsule
- 4
Mix with sift flour and baking powder
- 5
Another bowl : Slowly put in sugar and mixed with egg white until it firm (cannot fall)

Oven preheated : 170 celcius
- 7
Mixed everything together and put in the oven 30 minute/ 170 celcius
