Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 1 CupOats Flour (just grind the classic oats to powder)
  • 1/2 cupJaggery powder
  • 2 Tbspghee
  • 1 CupHot Whole Milk
  • 1 Cupmelted chocolate
  • 1/4 CupGranola

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix Oats Flour, Jagger powder, milk and ghee (in same order)

  2. 2

    Your batter will be smooth only if your oats are grinded well, keep stirring the mixture. The consistency is very flowy.

  3. 3

    In a Non-stick PAN, grease with ghee and on medium flame pour the batter and spread just like the Dosa

  4. 4

    After 2-3 mins flip and cook the other side of the crepe

  5. 5

    After both sides are cooked, turn off the flame and place it on a plate

  6. 6

    Spread melted chocolate and lots of granola mixture evenly and roll them to be served
