If your potatoes is week cook then drain and allow it to cool then mash it, add your grated pepper Scotch bonnet garlic and chop onion

Add seasoning, spices, eggs and veg oil, then whisk the mixture until it well combine. Put your mixture in leather and tie

Place pot in fire, pour water inside and allow it to boil, then pick your tie mixture and put inside your boil water and allow it to cook for about 2o-30mnts

Grate the pepper, Scotch bonnet and gar, slice your onions, peel and cut your carrot and green beans, boil them for about 3mnts and drain

Place a pan on fire, add veg oil and allow it to heat, add your grated pepper, Scotch bonnet and garlic, carrots, green beans add seasoning and spices fry for 3mnts, add slice onions stir and fry for about 3mnts, then cover it for 2mnts in a low heat
