Onion Tomato Chutney 🧅🍅

Place a saute pan in the stove. Turn on the flame and add oil.

Once the oil gets heat, keep the flame in medium. Add dry red chillies fry for a minute. Then add onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, coriander leaves few, tamarind, roasted chanadal and required salt.

Saute and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.

Add the mixture in a mixer and blend till it forms a smooth paste by adding water gradually. Transfer to a bowl.

Tempering is optional. If needed add the ingredients given for tempering and add to the Chutney.

Now it's ready to serve with idlis and dosas.
