To make Paneer eggs - Pour milk in a pan and bring it to boil add lemon juice then wait until crud and whey becomes separate. Strain the cruds using a cheese cloth then squeeze the cruds then place a suitable weight over it and leave it for 15 mins. Knead it for 5 minutes then take small portions and make small balls like birds egg.

For making the nest - Peel the boiled potato. Mash it and add grated onions, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl.

Prepare a paste of cornflour, maida, pinch of salt and water and prepare a paste for coating.

Grease hands with oil. Take small portions and make a nest shape dip into the prepared paste and coat it with vermicelli. deep fry the nest for 3-4 minutes.

Once all the nest is prepared, garnish the nest with coriander leaves and add the panner eggs on top of the nest. Use your creativity on the platter to present it and enjoy the dish.
