Delicious ,iron rich savoury hot snack made from spinach puree, potato, semolina & spices.
Instead of deep fry my version of making it in Airfryer ( for less oil consumption).
Steps

Wash and blanch spinach leaves. Cool and grind in mixer jar to make purée. Transfer in mixing bowl. Peel and mash boiled potatoes, transfer in mixing bowl. Add rava,grated coconut, green chillies ginger paste, sugar and garam masala and salt.

Mix well to prepare cutlets dough. Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes on 180 temperature.

Make 8 equal size oval shaped cutlets. On each press cashewnut piece as shown. Brush with oil.

Place in Preheated Airfryer mash,baked for 10 minutes on 180 temperature..till crispy golden.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Palak Cutlets with tomato ketchup.
