Mash all the boiled potatoes.

Now grate the cheese, mix spices and salt to it.

Now add cornflour, bread crumbs and potatoes.

Mix well and add green chopped Coriander.

For making appe pre heat the appe pan. After 5 min apply some oil in each cavity.

Then add appe mixture and cover the pan.

Cook it from one side on low flame.

When it is done from one side turn them with the help of fork.

Cover again but once they are cooked remove the lid.

When they are cooked completely place them onto the plate.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
