Ingredients

  • for Fried Rice :
  • 2 cupsRice (cooked)
  • 1 packetBolied noodles
  • 5-6 tbspOil
  • 3 tbspGinger chopped
  • 3 tbspGarlic minced
  • 1carrot finely chopped
  • 10-12beans chopped
  • 1 cupcabbage finely chopped
  • 4 tbspSoy sauce
  • 4-5 tbspChilli sauce
  • 2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4 tbspSchezwan Chutney
  • As per taste Salt
  • As required Spring Onions for garnish
  • forManchurian :
  • 2 cupsCabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cupCarrot (shredded)
  • 1 cupBeans
  • 1 cupCapsicum
  • 3 tbspGinger finely chopped
  • 3 tbspGarlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbspGreen chillies
  • 1/2 cupRefined flour
  • 1 cupCorn Flour
  • 2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • As required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil and add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add cabbage, carrot and beans to the pan and saute it for 5-6 minutes.

    Then add salt, pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce and schezwan chutney to the mixture.

    Finally, add cooked rice and noodles and mix it and top it with spring onions.

    For Manchurian: In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, beans, capsicum and green chillies.

    Add salt, pepper, refined flour and cornflour to the mixture and mix it gently.

    Make small balls from the mixture.

    Fry it in hot oil on low flame for about 4-5 minutes or until they turn brown.

    Serve the rice with the Manchurian 🤩🤩
