Ingredients

  • 200 gmssuji
  • 150 gmscurd
  • 1grated beetroot
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 packeteno
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
  • somecurry leaves
  • forstuffing-
  • as requiredgrated panner
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2chopped tomato
  • 1 tspchopped adrak
  • 1chopped mirch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsplal mirch
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First, make masala for stuffing. Mix all ingredient.mix well. keep aside.

  2. 2

    Then take suji in a bowl. add curd, beetroot and salt.Mix properly.

  3. 3

    Add eno and lemon juice on it.

  4. 4

    Heat an appam stand at low flame. Grease it with oil.

  5. 5

    Put some rai in it. Add some chopped curry leaves.put some batter in it. then put paneer masala in it. Then again beetroot batter.

  6. 6

    Cover it and cook. After some time open and check. turn it with the help of a spoon. cook from both sides.

  7. 7

    When cooked serve it with chutney.
