Baked for kid as he wanted to eat bread-butter for a long time in this lockdown. Try to rest the bread overnight for best taste. Also consume within 3 days as we have not added any preservatives...

To lukewarm milk add 3 TBSP sugar dissolve. Add yeast to this mix and let it sit for 5-6 min until the yeast becomes frothy.

Mix flour, salt and butter in a bowl

Add the frothy yeast mix to the flour mix and

Add water and 2 TBSP oil to this and mix it until sticky dough is made

Transfer to a flat surface and knead it for 10-15 minutes till it does not stick to hand.

Now make it into ball, grease the bowl and dough with oil, and cover with wet cloth or cling wrap and let it sit for 1-1.30 hr till it doubles in size

Transfer to flat surface knead it little more, make bread shape by rolling the dough

Place in greased bread pan, cover with cling wrap, allow it to sit for another 30 min. The dough will rise again to fill the bread pan

Preheat oven for 10 min at 170c. Apply some butter over the surface of dough. Bake for 35-40 min until ready.

Remove immediately from pan and rest in cooling rack for at least 2 hrs. When completely cool slice it and enjoy... 😊🍞🥪😋
