Ingredients

  • 4-5chopped tomatoes
  • 2-3chopped onion
  • 7-8garlic cloves
  • 1.5 tsporegano
  • 1 tbstomato sauce
  • 3-4soaked lal kashmiri mirch
  • 1 tbssugar
  • 1/2 tsplal mirch pisi
  • 1 tspsalt
  • some basil leaves (optional)
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan. Add oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes, sabut mirch. keep stiiring.

  2. 2

    Add salt, mirch, sugar.cover it.

  3. 3

    Cook well. when it becomes soft.off the flame. cool it.

  4. 4

    Then grind it in a mixer.make paste.

  5. 5

    Now again heat a pan. add 1 spoon oil, add paste, oregano.

  6. 6

    Cook well.cool it.

  7. 7

    Add vinegour.keep it in fridge.
