Cheese potato cutlet
Steps

Wash potatoes and whistle it 3 times on medium flame.
Peel it off and mash it. - 2
Then add all above-mentioned ingredients to it except bread crumbs and all-purpose flour.
Check out that stuffing should not be soft. - 3
If it's soft then add 2 cups of poha to it to make thick consistency.
Then after mix it well and make medium size cutlet of it.
Now make all-purpose slurry by adding little water to it. - 4
Mix it well and check out that there should not be any lumps in it.
Now take 1 by 1 all cutlets and drop it in to a slurry and then after coat it with bread crumbs.
Press little bit so that bread crumbs stick to cutlet.
Repeat it 2 times. - 5
Now keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
Then after heat oil in a pan and fry all cutlets on medium flame till it becomes golden brown in colour,crispy and crunchy. - 6
Transfer it in to the plate and serve it with green chutney/imli chutney/tomato sauce or mayonnaise according to your choice.
Enjoy this hot and scrumptious cutlet immediately for good and awesome taste.
