Soak two slices of bread in 1/2 cup milk for 10 minutes.

In a blender, add the cleaned boneless chicken and grind. Then add garlic, ginger, green chilies, 2 tablespoons flour, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, 1 egg, and the milk-soaked bread. Blend everything together. Place this mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Make bread crumbs from the remaining four slices of bread and set aside on a plate. Place flour on another plate. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg with black pepper and salt.

Shape the chicken mixture into small balls and flatten into patties. First, coat each patty in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Serve these hot cutlets with green chutney. Thank you.
