Clean and dry your pork belly. Apply salt on the pork belly. Put in a well ventilated bag for 4 days. This allows the pork to sweat and fry in the fridge.

Smoke your bacon! I smoke bacons in low heat for 4 hours. Let cool and fridge them. Bacon will develop more flavor after a day or two in the fridge.

Serve bacon with your favorite dish!
