In a bowl add butter and maida and sugar and mix well

It should be very thick batter.for best result use to fingers to mix

Make 2 portions of the batter 1 for vanilla and other for chocolate flavour

Add vanilla essence in a bowl and mix well

Add cocoa powder in other and mix well

You can make chocochips at home.simply chop any chocolate you desire or melt it using double boiling process or in a microwave.

Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag or any empty milk pouch

Cut the pointed part as of you do cut of a mehendi cone

Make your desirable chocochip size or any other design on a steel plate

Set in freezer for 5 min.remove it.you can also store it for long in the freezer

Mix the chocochips in the cookie batter

Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10mins

Make some tikki shape cookies on your palm and place or the oven tray

Also add some more chocochips on the top as required

Place the cookies in the oven for about 20min at 200°c

Now remove the tray and turn all the cookies upside down if and only required for about 10min at 200°c

Yeah.....! cookies r ready to serve
