First take thick bottom pan/kadai. Add ghee in that, once ghee is hot add suji & cook for some time till it turns to brownish colour. (Refer pic for ghee consistency) if you like halwa in white colour then roast little less. We like in this way.

Add cardamom & dry fruits and now slowly add water and keep stirring so that it should not get lump.

Now add sugar, keep stirring till halwa leave the sides of the pan.

Serve hot suji halwa garnished with dry fruits..

I tried cat emoji and tower cake. Tower cake is my kid's favourite. Enjoy!!!!! (Dont add food colour, luckily i gave try only for one spoon of halwa and it changed the taste of halwa)
