Take flour in a bowl and add oil and salt to it and mix very well. Make a soft dough from it. Plain flour also can be used instead of wheat flour. Cover the dough and leave it for 15 minutes to rest.

Now make six portions from the dough. Take one part and roll out a very thin and big circle. Kitchen platform can be used to do the same. Use flour to dust while rolling. Now apply ghee or oil on the whole surface. Now Sprinkle mint powder on it. Fresh mint can also be used.

With the help of a knife or a pizza cutter cut it into strips. Now collect all the strips going upwards.

Now brush oil on this collected strips and dust with some dry flour. Now make a ball out of it. Prepare all the portions in the same manner.

Now take one portion and with the help of dry flour, roll it into paratha. Roast this paratha on medium heat with the help of little bit of oil or ghee. Press and roast this paratha to make it crispy and to separate all the layers.

Serve this paratha as breakfast with pickle or chutney or a part of the meal with any vegetables or curries.
