Grass Jelly with Fresh Milk, Honey, and Coconut Milk

My daughter loved this dessert the first time she tried it and immediately asked me to make it again! At the same time, I saw a friend post a picture of this dish, so I had to make it right away! Grass jelly is very refreshing, and when paired with rich coconut milk and fragrant honey, it’s simply irresistible!

Steps
- 1
The instant grass jelly packet usually contains grass jelly powder, a sugar packet, and a banana flavoring packet. Only use the grass jelly powder; discard the other two packets if you prefer to avoid artificial additives.
- 2
Bring 4 1/4 cups (1 liter) of water to a boil. In a pot, add the grass jelly powder and 3/4 cup (200 ml) water, stirring well to dissolve.
- 3
Add 7 tablespoons organic brown sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Then pour in the boiling water and mix thoroughly.
- 4
Place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Stir constantly in a circular motion to prevent sticking. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Let cool, then refrigerate until set.
- 5
Once the grass jelly is firm and chilled, cut it into slices and then into small cubes.
- 6
Pour in the milk, add a little coconut milk, and drizzle with honey. Mix well before eating. Enjoy!
