Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupMaida,3spoon oil,salt,1/4 spoon Ajawain seeds,1/2cup water
  • 2boiled pototeos,1/2cup boiled peas beans,spices like 1/2spoon red chilli powder,1/4 spoon turmeric powder, salt as per taste,1/2spoon bkacpepper powder sabut 1/2spoon Coriander,1/4 Amchur powder
  • 1/4 spoonsugar secreat ingredients
  • Little bit green Coriander and taje two green chilli paste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix maida salt &oil and Knead dove with water and then dove keep aside for 15minutes

  2. 2

    Taje potatoes and remove the skin then mix withpeas beans &all spices

  3. 3

    Then take a dove and make a ball and make roti and cut it into center and take one part and filled stuffing and make triangle shape and then take a pan and take some oil and switch on the gas and deep fry all samosa till brown and now your samosa is ready to serve. Serve with chutney &tamarind chutney.
