Ingredients

  • 4 cupsmilk
  • 4 cupswater (some use 2cups of water for 1cup of milk)
  • Culture (u can use plain yoghurt for subtitute)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dilute the milk with water and put it to boil, in ya huce sosai sai sai kisa culture in ko yoghurt. Keep it in a warm place for 8hrs! In yayi kauri refrigerate kar yayi tsami!
