Hibiscus juice healthy and refreshing
Cooking Instructions

In a vessel measure and pour glass of water

Wash well the fresh red hibiscus leaves
- 3
Add to the vessel petal by petal. Let it boil and ginger to it
- 4
Boil it again for 10-15 mins sieve it to another glass and add sugar to it
- 5
Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes
- 6
Now lemon juice 😋 you can add ice cube as well add mint leaves lemon to rim for decoration and serve it cold

Serve it cold

Our family recipe for shiso juice only has little water in it, so it is rich in shiso extract.I used to use citric acid previously, but now I use lemon juice, which is easy to get.(The photo shows double the amount of the recipe.)If you don't have enough leaves than what the recipe calls for, it's not a problem.
