Kerala style Sardine fish curry

Let's put a pan on the stove. Once the pan is well heated we can pour the oil.

Heat it up a bit and then put some ginger-garlic slices in it. Let it simmer for a while and then add the chopped onion and chopped green chilies. Once the onion and green chilies are cooked, we can add chili powder, turmeric powder, and tomato paste and stir until it smells good. Then we can put curry leaves in it let's add Cambodge in it After this we can add one and a half cup of water and salt

After this, we can add one and a half cups of water and mix well.

Then we can wait for the curry to boil well. Let it boil as well as add the fish to the curry. After putting the fish in, we can cook it for 15 minutes.

Then we can put curry leaves in it After another 5 minutes of cooking, we can turn off the stove and use the curry.
