Stuffed Suji Discs

To make the batter for outer roll, in bowl take 1 Cup suji.Add 1 Cup curd.Mix well.cover and give rest for 10 min.Now add little water for perfect batter consistency.Add salt mix well.For stuffing, peel off potatoes and mash well.In a pan Heat 2 tsp oil.Add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds.let them splutters. Add Chopped onion,green chilli paste and Ginger paste.Saute well till Onion becomes soft and pink.

Add mashed potatoes.mix well.Add salt, turmeric powder,dhania powder,red chilli powder and Coriander leaves.Mix well till homogeneous mixture is formed.Take out in a plate.cool it.Make four rolls out of this mixture.Grease 4 steel glasses with oil.Keep steamer ready.In the batter add cooking soda and mix well.Pour the batter in the glass till half.

Now insert each stuffing roll in the centre ofeach glass.Now cover the glass with remaining batter.Put these glasses in the steamer,cover and steam for 20 minutes.

Check with tooth pick.Take out the glasses.let them cool.Remove the rolls from the glasses and cut 1 cm discs.To make Chutney grind 1 Cup Coriander leaves,2 green chillies,salt, 3-4 garlic cloves,little water together.Add 2 tsp chutney in a cup of curd, salt and mix well.Curd Chutney is ready.

Serve these delicious stuffed Suji Discs with curd Chutney.
