Ingredients

2 people
  1. ForDough to make chapatis:
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. As required Mayonnaise
  10. As required Chings chinese
  11. As per taste Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Make 4 chapatis.

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes and peel them.

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Put 1 tablespoon oil. Once the oil gets heated add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

    Add sliced onion and green chilli.. Saute them.

  5. 5

    Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder. Mix them well.

  6. 6

    Now add mashed potatoes and mix them well.

  7. 7

    Take chapati spread mayonnise and chings chinese (optional) on the chapati and spread a layer of potato batter.

    Fold it into half in semi circle.

  9. 9

    Brush both the sides of chapati with oil and grill it.

  10. 10

    Serve it hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
