Fry the homemade Patties in pan in medium heat.

Take a bowl add mayonnaise, Peri Peri sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.

Now heat buns spread with mayonnaise sauce, lettuce, topped with burger patties, topped with tomato, cucumber and jalapeno.

Spread the mayonnaise sauce in another half buns and place that bun on top of the pattie.

Secure with a tooth pick and serve with Fries.
