Heat oil in a pan

Add ginger garlic. Saute for a minute.

Now add spring onion and vegetable stock. Add soya sauce, vinegar and salt.

Bring to a boil. Then add carrot,capsicum,cabbage and row noodles.

Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Bring to a boil.Add sugar.

Stir and add cornflour slurry. Stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
