Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  1. 200 gmnoodles
  2. 3 cupvegetable stock
  3. 1/3 cupchopped carrot
  4. 1/3 cupchopped cabbage
  5. 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  6. 1 tbspchopped ginger garlic
  7. 1 tbspspring onion
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  10. 1 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1 tspvinegar
  12. 1 tbspcornflour
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic. Saute for a minute.

  3. 3

    Now add spring onion and vegetable stock. Add soya sauce, vinegar and salt.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil. Then add carrot,capsicum,cabbage and row noodles.

  5. 5

    Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Bring to a boil.Add sugar.

  6. 6

    Stir and add cornflour slurry. Stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
