Take one pan add oil, raii jeera chil and chopped curry leaves onion (optional)

Take Bowl add wheat flour and add all dry ingredients in it

After brown onion then add this dry ingredients and roast it become it light brown colour and it leave has smell

Than add little water and curd and mix it.keep in mind do not add much water otherwise it will be very stiky and not good for eat

And cover it for steem few seconds and redy to eat healthy recipe..
