Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add in water and knead your dough to a soft dough.

Divide your dough into 10 or more ball depending on the size you want. Cover and set aside to rise for an hour.

Roll out dough and cook on a nonstick pan preferably on medium heat.

Cook on one side and place the bread into the oven for a few seconds, on broil until the uncooked part turns into the desired brown colour.

NB: I skipped the broil into the oven part instead I cooked both sides on the pan.

You can serve with curries, stews or even tea. Enjoy!
