An innovative twist to a healthy treat by me with Sprouts and Feta Cheese. It's a lovely one to enjoy as a Snack or even for a mid-day Brunch. Sprouts tossed in Butter or Oil with Black Pepper powder and Chana Masala and topped with Feta Cheese cubes. Since the Cheese is a bit Salty, add it accordingly. I had used Dry Chillies and Mustard Seeds too but you can use Red Chilli flakes too. It's your choice and preference altogether. You can use your favourite spices or make any changes according to your choice. Enjoy!

Wash and soak the chana and the moong overnight or at least 6-7 hours. Put the moong and the chana separately in two damp muslin cloths. Keep sprinkling a little water over them to make sure that the cloth does not dry. Leave them on the kitchen counter.

Once they both have sprouted well, we are ready to make our chat. Usually it's an easy one. Sprouts can be made comfortably at home. They are ready in 4-5 days. Once they are ready, Chaat can be made immediately.

In a pan, heat Oil. Add Mustard Seeds and allow them to crackle well. Now add Dry Chillies with Chana Masala, Pepper and the Sprouts. Mix well and stir fry it. Keep stirring at regular intervals. After done, top with Feta Cheese. Adjust Salt after you add Cheese accordingly.
