Cook rice in the rice cooker. Debbie suggests using the lemon chive rice seasoning, and chicken bouillon

Season chicken with citrus herb and roastes garlic (or however you want)

Cut chicken into cutlets for easy cooking.

Sautee the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil until the chicken has lightly browned. Add greek dressing to the chicken cutlets as it is cooking.

Heat the oven 350 and move the cooked chicken to a baking dish. Add more dressing over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut up the vegetables and sautee in frying pan over high heat with olive oil and seasoning. Cook until desired doneness.

Drizzle more greek dressing over the vegetables. Allow to simmer for a minute on low heat.

Pull chicken from oven and slice. Put the chicken in a big bowl and be sure to include the drippings.

Create your own bowl.
