Steps

Take a Watermelon and cut it with the help of a knife. Remove all it's flesh. Now with the help of a mixer grinder grind it. Now with the help of a strainer strain, it's juice.

Now switch on the gas and place a Kadhi to it and pour there 1 and a half cups of water, then add sugar and let it dissolves completely. Now take a bowl add 1/2 cup water and add there Cornflour. Mix it properly and pour it into the prepared sugar syrup, add lemon juice to it and black pepper. Mix it well now add Watermelon juice to it and again stir it well. It is done now.

Now take a Mould and pour the prepared mix to it and cool it completely in room temperature then place it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hr's to set it completely.

After 3 to 4 hours it's time to demold it and garnish it with pudina leaves and lemon. It's done now serve chilled.
