Collect all the ingredients.made ready.

First take water in the bawl,except asafoidia,mashed potatoes,chopped onion,add all the spices and lemon,and made first lemon water.

Add salty bundi.

Separate 2 cups water from it and add asafoidia hing in it.

Take sukhi puris,made hole in the center,serve with both lemon water,hing water,mashed potatoes and chopped onion.
