Fresh Corns are available in market in this season. We all love Chinese food. In lockdown we are avoiding eating out of home. Here I am trying something change for family.There is corn pasta with Chinese flavour.

Fresh Corns are available in market in this season. We all love Chinese food. In lockdown we are avoiding eating out of home. Here I am trying something change for family.There is corn pasta with Chinese flavour.
Steps

First boil the pasta without tastemaker and drain it's whole water. In a same pan boil sweet corn for 5 min and drain it's water.keep aside.

Now take a pan pour some oil add ginger garlic and 1fine chopped onion. Cook (5 min) until become some light brown now add tomatoes cook for 5 min when it is melting add dice onion capsicum and corn sprinkle salt to taste cook it fr 5 minutes.

Now take a small bowl add all sauces corn flour powder vinegar and add 4-5 spoon water mix it well with spoon keep aside. put boiled pasta in a veggies pan.pour sauces and tastemaker in pasta. mix it well with spatula. cover lid for 5 mins.if pasta is looking too dry add 1 cup(any cup) water and cook on low for 1-2 mintues.

After that garnish Your pasta with origeno and Coriander leaves, it's ready to eat serve it hot.
