Take a chopping board and cut all veggies into tiny...tiny pieces. Now take a big size bowl and add there rice flour, maida, sooji and all veggies, salt and add water to it. The consistency should be runny of the batter. Leave it for 5 mins.

Now take a Dosa tawa and place it on the gas stove and switch on the flame of the gas and in a high flame heat it for some time. Now prepare a mix of oil and water in a bowl now sprinkle on the dosa tawa. Also quickly wipe it with the tissue paper. Now make dosa just sprinkle the batter to the whole Dosa tawa it will automatically take it's own shape. After few seconds add oil over it with an oil brush spread it over well so that the dosa could comes out easily.

Make the Dosa in high and medium flame. If one side done then flip it to other side. Let it cook for 1 min. Then it is ready repeat the same process with the other to make Dosa. Serve it with Chutney and Sambar and enjoy.
